We provide services to children ages 2-11 diagnosed with Autism, Pervasive Development Delay, and other related developmental disorders. The prevalence of Autism, Pervasive Development Delay and other related disorders are currently at an epidemic level nationally, statewide and most alarmingly locally.

What is Autism?
Autism and related disabilities are severely handicapping, neurological disorders which begin at birth or by age 3 and affect multiple areas of development. They are developmental disabilities that typically involve delays and impairment in social skills, language, and behavior. Autism is a spectrum disorder, meaning it affects people differently.

Who we are.
The Riley Behavioral and Educational Center opened in August 2006. We provide behavioral and educational treatment programs based on scientific research and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for children diagnosed with autism, pervasive developmental delay, and other related disorders.

What we do.
Initially, children receive a complete developmental assessment to determine appropriate placement and programming needs. We frequently collaborate and work with schools by providing direct therapy services to children and training for teachers, program aides and parents.
